This house was falling down and underneath the porch cover were dozens of bees! We opted for a pose in front instead of under. Love it!

Of course we had to do a few on the motorcycle.

Yeah, they are hot.

After our toasty morning in Gruene, we headed back to their home for a few ‘family’ photos. Their babies, Chaucer and Basil. Really love this one!

They spent it traveling the Gulf Coast visiting some incredible beaches and also a couple days in Disney World. She came back, of course, looking like an island goddess. I haven’t touched their photos since our shoot in Gruene but at a quick glance through here are 3 of my favorites from the day.

I love wildflowers and bluebonnets especially. I’ve missed a good showing the past couple years but this year has not disappointed. I would have love to have offered more mini-sessions in the bluebonnets this year but we’ve just been too busy. Next year!

I was lucky enough to do one session though and wow! It rocked. I had a blast which is no surprise- this is one of my favorite families to shoot. Love them!

So glad I am finally able to share a few favorites with you all.

Doing this shoot with Indiana and Chris was a blast and it was great to finally meet them in person. Here are more than just a few of our favorite images from the day….these two were total naturals.

Oh! And meet their pup, Jimi. He is quite the character and kept us all moving, especially James. Such a cutie!

I was so happy when Karina asked to schedule a session- they are a gorgeous family and baby Jade is just precious.

We met them Saturday in Buda and instead of walking down Main St. we went one street off Main and found some new spots and great backdrops. Loving all the vibrant colors! I seriously couldn’t even wait a day before processing these.

Monica chose main street Buda for her location and in particular a certain blue/green door. I knew exactly which door she meant too because I just love it for it’s color and character. I highly recommend main street Buda for any session- even though small, there is a wealth of nooks, crannies, alleys and very cool walls to choose from.

I had so many favorites from this session it was hard to choose just a few…

It was a bit humid but otherwise gorgeous weather and light.
